Refund policy

Sincreto pieces are individually made and may present slight variations in color, texture, finish, or sheen. These differences are inherent to the making process and the behavior of the materials, and are not considered defects.

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me on the same day you receive your order, including photographs of the piece and its packaging. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

For exchanges or returns for other reasons, you may contact me within 5 calendar days of delivery. In these cases, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Important conditions:

• The piece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with its original packaging, including the box and internal protective materials.

• Exchanges are not offered for minor variations in color, texture, sheen, or finish, as each piece may vary naturally due to the materials and making process.

• Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in the case of a defect or damage.

• Sale or discounted pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

• Once a return has been approved, the refund for the amount paid for the piece will be issued within 10 business days. Store credit for the same amount may also be offered toward the purchase of another piece.
