Shipping policy

Shipping in Bogotá:
If the piece is in stock, orders take up to 3 business days to prepare. Each piece is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before being handed over to the delivery service.

Once the package has been collected, deliveries within Bogotá are made the same day or on the following business day.

National shipping:
Orders outside Bogotá are shipped through Envía. Once the package has been collected, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days, depending on the destination city.

Made-to-order pieces:
Made-to-order pieces have a production time of up to 10 business days. Once completed, they are carefully prepared and shipped according to the corresponding delivery method.

Urgent orders:
If you need an in-stock piece sooner, you can contact me directly. I will check availability and, when possible, arrange an express or same-day delivery through a courier platform.
